Christina focuses her practice on business and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and social enterprise counsel in Denver and throughout Colorado. She has extensive experience forming companies, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, structuring business transactions, and advising entrepreneurs, small businesses, startups, and mission-driven
organizations across the Denver metro area.Â

Prior to founding Murray & Associates, LLC, Christina practiced at Sequoia Legal and the Wallenstein Law Group, where she advised technology companies, emerging businesses, and established corporations on commercial transactions, M&A deals, and corporate compliance in Colorado and beyond. Her M&A work has been recognized by Best Lawyers, and her general business practice has been recognized by Super Lawyers.Â

Christina is passionate about making legal knowledge accessible to all. She currently mentors undergraduate students of color from underrepresented communities and is building a nonprofit to help incarcerated individuals develop entrepreneurial skills. She continually raises funds and gathers food and supplies for local food banks and previously worked with Project Homeless to support unhoused community members in the Denver area.

Christina earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she served as co-counsel in the Community Economic Development Clinic. She is admitted to practice in Colorado.

Christina is deeply committed to mission-driven legal work.
